3rd October 2009
. Wollangarra is celebrating 20 years of running and we'd like to invite you to this special occasion.
The Open Day and Bush Dance weekend is Wollangarra's biggest fundraiser of the year! Open day is a great opportunity to come and have a look around, enjoy some great food at the cafe, watch the master axeman and wood workers demonstrate their skills, join in some games and meet great people. It's a perfect for families too with lots of activities for the kids!
Later that night you can kick up your heels at the Wollangarra Bush Dance to the tunes of the "Spontaneous Bush Band". Sit back with a BBQ dinner and have a drink at the bar. You are welcome to camp out or stay in one of our bunk rooms and wake to a fully cooked breakfast in the morning. Please see below for details.
This year the Open Day and Bush Dance weekend will be particularly special, with guests from all over Victoria, who have been involved with Wollangarra over the last 20 years. You can enjoy a quiet day taking in the ambience of the flat or get into all the activities on offer. To everyone who has been involved with Wollangarra from it's conception to now...and to all those who would like to know more - this is the perfect weekend to experience Wollangarra. Hope to see you there!
