Wollangarra staff essentially volunteer their time for a year in the mountains, working hard to provide great programs for hundreds of young people. Every year we need an entirely new group of staff members, so if you think you might be interested, please contact the Directors.
Our employees have a variety of background knowledge to compliment the diverse needs of Wollangarra. Staff employed at Wollangarra complete extensive specialised training including, (but not limited to) Wilderness First Aid, Swift Water Rescue and 4WD courses. We provide ongoing training in navigation, farm maintenance as well as strategies for working with group dynamics.
